The Apple Hill Growers Association has announced the winners of its Norma Brubaker Scholarship for 2015. The two students are Lexie Padilla, a graduate of Ponderosa High School, and Mayra Aguilar, a graduate of El Dorado High School. Both are planning to attend Southern Oregon State University. They plan to major in communication studies and minor in nonprofit organizations, and their ultimate goal is to start their own nonprofit organization.
