If there ever was a time to have a long-term view of your business, it is now. Otherwise opportunities may be missed or the baby may get thrown out with the bathwater. That’s an old saying, but paying attention now can help you stay alive for the short term and long term.

See if some of these will work for you:

  • If you have only a physical presence, branch out and limit your reliance on the physical

  • Stay in touch with changes and information to your clients right away and often

  • Check out other markets that you may have been wanting to try, and check out competition which may have diminished

  • If you provide location-based events, get that Facebook Watch Party going! or meet with Zoom for meetings

  • While others may be pulling back on advertising and marketing, work on your content strategy and delivery systems and build your email list!

 

  • Offer your services to help others for free or reduced rates – hint – it will make you feel better too!

  • If you have a Google My Business profile and need to update services i.e., Delivery, Curb-Side, Temporarily Closed, Wellman Works, Ltd will help you free of charge.
