You can use these steps when responding to positive customer reviews:
  • Be Thankful – Thank the Customer and Associates
  • Take the opportunity to add some marketing i.e., best title and best escrow and best neighborhood
  • Encourage an actionable step – Call to Action “Check out this upcoming listing”
  • Share these reviews on your website, social, text
  • Make it personal with first names
  • Thank them for their review and kind words

How to respond to negative reviews

  • Apologize for their negative experience.
  • Do everything to make things right and mention that – and take it offline as well to make it right.
